This firm has courageously represented Dominion Voting Systems in their ongoing pursuit of justice and truth, including securing a landmark $787.5 million settlement from Fox News. The Trump administration’s retaliatory action — seeking to ban Susman Godfrey from government buildings and cancel federal contracts — was nothing short of an attempt to punish the firm for its role in defending democratic institutions and the rule of law.

Judge AliKhan’s ruling rightly calls out the order as a “shocking abuse of power” rooted in personal vendetta. By defending the firm’s right to speech, advocacy, and due process, she has taken an important step in reaffirming constitutional protections for all Americans — especially those who stand up to authoritarian overreach.
