Applaud Court for Protecting Election Integrity

California’s highest court just stepped in to defend our democracy — and it deserves recognition.

The California Supreme Court ordered a halt to a rogue investigation in which a county sheriff seized more than 650,000 ballots based on unfounded claims of voter fraud. The court’s decision puts a stop to actions that threatened election integrity and public trust.
