After the massive flooding in Nepal last week, Save the Children is actively responding to children’s needs, providing mental health support, supplying nutrition support and safe drinking water. With over 1,100 confirmed dead, over 4,000 still missing and 17,000 children out of school, more support is needed. When such disasters happen, children are always the most vulnerable, and getting help to them fast is the difference between recovery and tragedy. With roads and bridges washed out and the risk of disease rising in crowded shelters, we can't afford to be slow, and we can't afford to look away.
