Elon Musk’s DOGE team has fired thousands of rangers, educators, scientists, and caretakers across our national parks and public lands. These cuts are hurting families, making our parks less safe, and disrupting essential conservation programs. 

The Sierra Club is fighting back. We’ve sued DOGE and Elon Musk, filed a FOIA request to expose DOGE corruption, and delivered over 30,000 comments to Congress, demanding federal workers who were illegally fired be immediately rehired. Now we need Congress to do its job. While a judge has ruled that these stewards need to be reinstated, the Trump administration is doing all they can to push back.
