Tell Congress: Expand the Supreme Court

In a shameful decision on Monday, the United States Supreme Court reinstated a congressional map for the state of Alabama that dilutes the power of Black voters and gives Republican candidates a major advantage.

That was only possible because Republicans in the Senate stole Supreme Court seats from the American people, leaving us with a hyper-partisan court that consistently does the bidding of Republican politicians and the big corporations that fund their campaigns.

It’s unsustainable and undemocratic – and it’s past time for Democrats to take action to restore the integrity of the Supreme Court.
