Congress: Investigate Trump and FIFA’s World Cup Corruption

Trump and FIFA sold out soccer fans. Congress needs to expose who cashed in.

House Democrats are calling FIFA President Gianni Infantino to Congress over Trump’s cozy relationship with FIFA — including FIFA’s Trump Tower office, a so-called “peace prize” for Trump, and whether World Cup access was used to reward powerful insiders.

The World Cup should belong to fans, players, workers, and host communities. Instead, it looks like Trump and FIFA turned it into another pay-to-play playground for the rich and connected.

Tell the House Judiciary Committee now: Investigate Trump and FIFA’s World Cup dealings and expose who used the tournament for profit, favors, or special treatment.

Fans already got squeezed by sky-high ticket prices while FIFA operated behind closed doors. But this is bigger than ticket prices. Workers, host communities, taxpayers, and the public all deserve to know whether a global sporting event on U.S. soil was exploited for private gain.

If powerful insiders used the World Cup to buy access, reward allies, or blur the line between public responsibility and private profit, that is not just a sports scandal. It is a corruption scandal.

Congress must investigate FIFA’s U.S. dealings, subpoena records, demand testimony, and protect fans, workers, taxpayers, and host communities from future profiteering. We cannot let Trump and FIFA bury the truth.

Add your name and demand the House Judiciary Committee investigate Trump and FIFA’s World Cup corruption now.

The petition to the House Judiciary Committee reads: “Launch a full public investigation into Donald Trump and FIFA’s World Cup dealings. Demand documents and testimony from FIFA President Gianni Infantino, expose any gifts, payments, political interference, or conflicts of interest, and protect fans, workers, taxpayers, and host communities from World Cup profiteering.”
